CHAKRA PLAYSHOP PLEASE
NOTE: this playshop will be re-scheduled in early 2012 Discover your energy body, learn about
your chakra-energy centers, and ways to increase your energy! Perfect for beginners, this introductory class will help each
participant increase awareness of their energy body. Just because we don't usually see it, doesn't mean it doesn't exist! We will invite SOUNDS, COLORS, easy-to-follow WARM-UPS, simple yoga STRETCHES,
BREATH, and an amazing Chakra Meditation to blend and strengthen the
connections of body, mind, heart, and Soul which promote radiant health, and a consistent sense of well being. This will be A FUN
and VERY experiential afternoon and is perfect for any of you who may be "energy doubters". You're invited
to join us for the afternoon at a truly beautiful ocean-front location.
